Yoshiji Yamaguchi (Examurai Sengoku) lanzará, el 25 de febrero, un spinoff de la serie manga Fist of the North Star, titulado Kinyoku no Garuda ~Nanto Goshasei Zenshi~ (The Gold Wings of Garuda ~The Prehistory of the Nanto Goshasei~) en el número de abril de la revista Comic Zenon. El autor lanzará esta serie como parte de las celebraciones por el 30º aniversario del manga original.
