Namco Bandai Games ha comenzado a emitir el primer vídeo promocional del puerto para PlayStation 3 de Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. Full Boost.
El juego debutó en los arcades japoneses en abril de 2012.
El juego para PS3 tendrá más de 20 mecha más que la versión arcade, en total, más de 90. El juego tendrá mecha de los siguientes títulos:

El juego saldrá a la venta en Japón el 30 de enero a un precio de 7980 yenes. Luego habrá una edición limitada Premium G Sound Edition que costará 10980 yenes.
